PhyloSofs can be installed from sources or as a Docker image. Please refer to the installationinstructions. While Ases allows you to run only the phylogenetic reconstruction module of PhyloSofS, you can also run its molecular modeling module locally. The module will generate structural annotations and predicted 3D models for the observed transcripts.
